# Abstract

Otto Protocol is an entire ecosystem built around its fully collateralized algorithmic stablecoin. The protocol aims to ensure the stability of its stablecoin asset, USDO, by bringing together stablecoin users, liquidity providers, and volatility-seeking users. It is backed by Otto's innovative approach to collateralization, which includes the use of a new derivative called the Eonian Option. Otto's ultimate goal is to create the most resilient stablecoin in the market.
